We collect only what we need to run your company's treasury: who you are, your company, its answers and holdings, your approvers, and what happens to each proposal and position.

01What we keep

Your Metatron ID, company details, the answers you give, holdings you add, approvers' names, roles and emails, proposals, approvals with time and a hashed network address, positions, payouts, alerts, webhooks and an audit log of every action.

02Who sees it

Your company, through your AI, your dashboard link and your API keys. The Metatron team, to operate and support the service. Regulated partners, only what they need to run a product your approvers approved and to complete the company check the law requires.

03How long

For as long as your company uses the service and then as long as the law requires for financial records. Sandbox data may be deleted at any time.

04Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at ops@metatron.systems, subject to record-keeping duties.
